Healthy Week 2013

This year's Healthy Week is about making a pledge to improve your health, with a week of workshops, events and activities commencing today.

Staff and students are encouraged to find out about how to use the expertise and services within the University to set and reach their health goals.

A full programme of events for the week can be found online, which includes workshops on such topics as sleep and relaxation, exercise classes from boxercise to yoga, and a number of fitness challenges.
