LUU Music Society present American favourites
The LUUMS Concert Orchestra, Big Band and Choir will be playing some American classics of the 20th century at Leeds Town Hall on 3 March in a concert in aid of Lost Chord.
Highlights of the performance will include:
Gershwin - Cuban Overture
Gershwin - An American in Paris
John Williams - Hymn to the Fallen
and a tribute to the Rat Pack era, including Fly Me to the Moon, Autumn in New York, Bewitched, and New York, New York.
Profits from the event will be donated to the Lost Chord charity.
