Recorder Consort: Consort Audite Nova
Staff and families are welcomed to come and experience the prize-winning recorder quartet, Consort Audite Nova, as part of the centenary celebrations of the University International Concert Series.
The quartet will go back and forth through time, from Henry the Eighth to Harry Potter, to present an exciting concert of both old music and new. The programme will give the audience a taster of 500 years of music for the recorder, from mediaeval dances to electronic-inspired music of the present day, with a few surprises along the way.
