London 2012 comes to an end

The Paralympic closing ceremony this past weekend signified the end of the London 2012 games. Find out how our athletes fared in the final few days of competing.

Claire Cashmore unfortunately didn't make it into the final of the S9 Women's 100m Freestyle on Friday 7 September, but she still managed to add to her collection of medals by helping Team GB take Silver in the Women's 4x100m Medley Relay. Karen Darke also competed on Friday and placed fourth in the Women's Individual H1-3 Road Race.

Well done and congratulations to all of our Leeds Paralympians who competed in the London 2012 games.
