Come together for National Women's Day
Book your place on the Connecting Enterprising Women networking event next week to celebrate National Women’s Day.
National Womens Day is a unique opportunity for the Yorkshire region to promote and celebrate womens achievements. The aim of this event is to support women from all sectors in the region and bring the opportunity to network, celebrate together and challenge the everyday issues that women face.
The event is an UnLtd Millenium Awards 2007 project and was featured in the Yorkshire Evening Post in 2007 as the first networking forum to work with women who are keen to network and connect to other women in the region.
Speakers will include Stephanie Burras who is the Chief Executive of Leeds Ahead and Gwen Balson, Director of Digital Life Bradford, with the event including a networking lunch.
