Impact and research group to launch at Leeds

The Enterprise Education Group for Impact and Research (EEGIR) is to launch at Leeds in September with an inaugural two-day workshop on research writing and collaboration.

The Enterprise Education Group for Impact and Research has been formed to support researchers across the University with an interest in enterprise education and entrepreneurship.  The Group is holding an inaugural two-day workshop in September, and is offering 12 free places to delegates from the University on a first-come, first-served basis.

Key speakers at the event will be:

  • Professor Geoff Hayward (School of Education, University of Leeds)
  • Professor David Rae (Lincoln Business School)
  • Professor Andy Penaluna (Faculty of Art and Design, Swansea Metropolitan University)
  • Professor Susan Marlow (Department of Management, University of Birmingham)

The workshop will take place:

On:  4-5 September 2012

In:   Weetwood Hall Hotel

Places include overnight accommodation, a three-course evening meal, and lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
