Spend 3 days in the Enterprise Hot House!
Are you a student or early-stage researcher who also wants to be an entrepreneur? Perhaps you already have a business idea that you’d like to develop?
If you answered yes to either of these questions then the 3-day Enterprise Hot House is the course for you!
Delivered by industry professionals, the Enterprise Hot House will develop your skills in enterprise and the commercialisation of intellectual property. You will learn how to recognise and capture the value of your inventions through workshops, practical exercises, role-play and competitions. There are four voucher prizes of £250 to be won to buy a laptop or other computer accessories to support your career development in business and enterprise.
The Enterprise Hot House will train you to:
- define market value
- protect inventions and ideas
- maximise commercial potential
- negotiate deals
- establish commercialisation agreements
- realise and maintain value
The course runs from 20-22 June. There is a BBQ on the evening of Wednesday 20 June and the prize giving will take place at a drinks reception at the close of the event from 4pm on Friday 22 June.
Places are limited to 30 and are offered on a first come basis. To register email Adam Getliff. Registrants need to commit to attending the full 3-day course.
