Suitability: Researchers who will be preparing a poster about their research in the next few months. Please note that these workshops are split into Science, Engineering & Maths and Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences specific workshops.

This workshop will help you to make the most of the opportunity to present a poster by addressing four key themes:

1) Preparation: identifying the target audience; tailoring your message; getting the audiences interest

2) Content: concise and clear portrayal of complexity

3) Design: space, reader gravity, layout, balance, alignment, colour, style

4) Presentation: display, talking about your poster.
