Introduction to the 'Student as Producer' project
Professor Mike Neary will be talking about the University of Lincoln's 'Student as Producer' project at Leeds on 16 May. The project emphasises the role of students as collaborators in education.
The Higher Education Academy-funded project is a development of Lincoln's research-engaged teaching, putting research and research-like activities at the core of the undergraduate curriculum. Students are seen as becoming collaborators with academics in the production of knowledge.
