Dr H Gordon Bevans
Colleagues will be sorry to learn of the death, on 20 April 2012, of Dr Gordon Bevans.
Dr Bevans was an Honorary Lecturer in the Department of Psychiatry between 1965-69 and 1983-85. After retirement he was appointed as Honorary Research Fellow in the Computer-Based Learning Unit of the School of Education, a position he held until 1995.
The funeral service will take place at 2.20pm on Wednesday 2 May 2012 at Lawnswood Crematorium, Otley Road, LS16 8AA. There are to be family flowers only please. Donations may be made in memory of Gordon to Amnesty International for which a collection plate will be available at the service.
The flag on the Parkinson Building will be flown at half-mast on the day of the funeral in Dr Bevan's memory.
