Interruption to some ISS services (7/2/12)
Due to maintenance on the network equipment in the Houldsworth data centre, there will be some disruption to ISS services from 6.00-7.30am on Tuesday 7 February.
Most critical systems are resilient and should not be affected, but about half of M: and N: drives and some minor systems will be unavailable between 6.30am and 7.00am.
To minimise any problems, SAP services will be shutdown during this work. SAP Production (PRD) and all of its associated online applications (COSTA, SIPR, Students Payments & DD Setups, ITS Timesheets etc) will therefore not be available between 6.00am and 7.30am. There will be intermittent access to the MIS Production application during this period.
