Fabric fables - textile printing workshop
Margaret Chalmers will lead a textile printing workshop at the Stanley & Audrey Burton Gallery on Saturday 25 February from 2-4pm.
The workshop will demonstrate basic hand-printing techniques, focusing on the iconic 'boteh' or paisley motif and the layering of different colours and sequences, characteristic of the work of Pip Dickens, currently exhibiting at the Gallery.
So come along for the chance to design a personal print and create your own story!
