Higher Education Innovation Funding (HEIF) is designed to support and develop a broad range of knowledge exchange activities between universities and colleges and the wider world, which result in economic and social benefit to the UK. The University made a successful bid to use 2011-15 HEIF funds to implement a 'sector hub' engagement model.
