Banner production system unavailable (15-20/12/11)
The Banner production system (PROD) will be unavailable from 5pm on Thursday 15 December until Tuesday 20 December due to a planned systems upgrade.
This includes associated services such as Student Services, Faculty Services, Online Applications, Programme and Module Catalogues, ODBC queries. Please also note that it will not be possible to run Argos reports at this time other than by prior arrangement, please contact Argos Support if this is required.
During the specified period a number of software upgrades will be applied to the Banner system and the servers on which the system runs.
It is anticipated that services will be available again by 9am on Tuesday 20 December.Posted in: University news
