The Seagull at stage@leeds
Igrat Theatre Laboratories, based in the School of Performance and Cultural Industries, presents a light and playful take on an Anton Chekhov classic, The Seagull, at stage@leeds from 23-26 November.

Arkadina, an ageing actress, returns to her brother's estate with her new lover, a celebrated writer, to find that her son is eager to achieve his own literary ambitions.
This new adaptation looks to unearth the pleasure and joy of the text by returning to the comedic nature that Chekhov originally envisaged for his masterpiece.
Tickets can be booked online or call the stage@leeds box office on 38730 (Mon-Fri, 11am-3pm).
