Free sessions for staff at the Universities Chaplaincy

The Universities Chaplaincy is offering free sessions for staff, beginning on 24 October: spirituality@work and Stretch and Relax sessions.

spirituality@work is a series of weekly lunch time sessions for staff, exploring themes around spirituality in the workplace (including integrity, relationships in the workplace, honesty, money). They start on 24 October for 8 weeks.  Come and find out more over a complimentary lunch from 1pm, followed by discussion on the week's theme and an optional time out for a 10-minute meditation at the close of the session (so you can be back at work by 2pm).

To help with catering please register your interest and if you would like any further information before then, please feel free to contact Caroline Ryder.

Stretch and Relax sessions - a mix of pilates, yoga and relaxation techniques - are a great way to unwind at the end of the day.  Autumn sessions run for six weeks starting on Monday 24 October,  5.15pm to 6.00pm in the Emmanuel Centre (Wilson Room).  All staff and students welcome.  All sessions are free.  To sign up, email Caroline Ryder or the Chaplaincy.
