VLE update (07/10/11)
The VLE is still exhibiting persistant performance issues. Users will see these made manifest as a slow response time and/or page delivery problems.
The VLE Service is continuing to liaise with the vendor at the highest level and can assure all users that everything possible is being done to restore the service. Investigations are still focusing on a specific database issue.
Users can still use the system but may experience reductions in speed.
