Flight paths at stage@leeds

Flight Paths, which tells the story of a city girl’s rollercoaster journey from Bempton Cliffs to Flamborough on a midsummer’s day, is being performed at stage@leeds on 1 October.

Flight Paths is performed by the Voxare String Quartet, pupils from Flamborough Primary School, dancers from East Riding Youth Dance and the University of Leeds, and the Buckrose Concert Band.

It has an original libretto by School of Performance and Cultural Industries teaching fellow (Creative Writing) Adam Strickson, an original score by Steve Kilpatrick, and involves dance choreographed by Balbir Singh.

Flight Paths is suitable for adults and children aged 8 and above.

There will be two performances: 3-5pm and 7-9pm.

Tickets cost £5 and £3 and can be purchased from the stage@leeds box office (0113 343 873).
