Furniture turned to cash for Leeds charity

St George's Crypt in Leeds is to benefit from a £1,500 cash boost from the University's furniture reuse programme, reuse@Leeds (www.reuse.leeds.ac.uk).

As part of the University's agreement with local company 'Over2Hills' any old furniture not reused on our internal reuse website is taken and redistributed it to local charities or remanufactured into a new item.  Any profit generated from this is donated to a charity of our choosing.  The first donation of £1,500 was recently donated to St. George's Crypt.
