"You are what you ate" at the British Science Festival

The "You are what you ate" project is offering a free hands-on osteology workshop in Bradford on 14 September from 10am to 12pm.

The workshop is part of the British Science Festival, which takes place in Bradford from 10 to 15 September 2011.

Based on the theme for the project's second year, "The dark side of eating", the workshop will explore ways in which nutritional diseases affect the whole skeleton.  A short introductory talk will be followed by a lab session where participants will have the opportunity to examine medieval skeletons.

For more information and to book a place at the workshop, see the British Science Festival website.
