Access to the Staff Festival
We're committed to making our Staff Festival on 9 September as accessible as possible to ensure that everyone can enjoy the day. To help us plan this, please let us know about your requirements.
Accessible information

formats such as Braille or Large Print, please contact Vibi Rothnie (ext 33928)
by Friday 26 August.
British Sign Language interpreters
We have made provisional bookings for two British Sign Language (BSL)
interpreters for the Festival. If you require an interpreter to access any
event on the day, please contact the staff festival team by Thursday 1
September.
Personal assistants
If you would like to book a Personal Assistant to accompany you at the Festival
- either to make you feel more comfortable or to provide you with practical
assistance or information - please let us know by Thursday 1
September. Personal assistants will also be available on call on the day of
the Festival via the information point. Unfortunately, we cannot
guarantee the availability of personal assistants at the festival if they are
not pre-arranged.
Induction loop
Please also contact us as soon as possible if you require the main indoor
venues to be fitted with an induction loop.
