Cross-Disciplinary review update

Stage three of the Cross-Disciplinary review is now complete. Of the 17 Centre for Joint Honours staff, 11 have found new roles at the University and 3 have agreed voluntary severance terms.

Discussions are still taking place with three staff about new roles.  We will do all we can to support these individuals and explore options for redeployment, retraining, voluntary redundancy or early retirement.

There are seven vacant support posts, which faculties will be looking to fill by redeployment or external advertising.

The review now moves to stage four, during which checks will be made to ensure that the work associated with joint honours programmes is appropriately covered.
