Faculty of Biological Sciences Review update
The Faculty of Biological Sciences' review has moved from the third stage of job matching to stage four, post-restructuring review.
An update and discussion about the review was held at the last meeting of the Employment Security Review Group (ESRG) on 19 January 2011.
The interview and matching process was completed in November, with 257 staff matched/confirmed in roles in the new and 70 people were either redeployed within the University, or left through voluntary severance, resignation, early retirement or normal age retirement. However, 12 staff have not been appointed to roles in the new structure. Meetings are taking place with these individuals in order to identify and explore future options.
