Write me a picture: creative writing workshop

Leeds poet Suzannah Evans is returning to the Stanley and Audrey Burton Gallery on Saturday 2 April to lead one of her ever-popular creative writing workshops.

Using the Gallery's current exhibition, Virtually Real, as inspiration, the workshop will explore the relationships between art and creative writing, and between reality and illusion.  The exercises will be based around ideas of optical illusion, trickery and deception.

The workshop will appeal to writers with an interest art, artists interested in writing, and anyone who is somewhere between the two.

The workshop is free, but you do need to book a place in advance, by:
