New E-Recruitment system
Yesterday (07/02/11) saw the launch of i-Grasp, the University's new E-Recruitment system.
E-Recruitment is about streamlining our staff recruitment processes and moving more of the process online. Candidates no longer have to download an application form - they can apply in full, online.
Apart from improving the candidate experience, the system also allows us to better communicate with candidates, manage our recruitment processes more effectively and report much more detailed and accurate management information than before.
