Research Scholarships 2011/12

We are offering the following research scholarships for students beginning their studies in 2011. Please pass on the details to any students who may be eligible to apply.

University Research Scholarships

We are offering a number of University Research Scholarships for students from the UK and EU.  The scholarships are available to new students beginning doctoral study in any faculty of the university.  Each scholarship covers academic fees at the UK/EU rate and provides an annual maintenance grant of

White Rose Research Studentships

These are being offered in collaboration with the Universities of Sheffield and York to students beginning full-time PhD research studies in October 2011.  Each studentship covers academic fees at the UK/EU rate and provides an annual maintenance grant of £13,590.  Further information on the eligibility criteria and application procedure can be found at www.leeds.ac.uk/rsa/postgraduate_scholarships/wrs
