Opera North offer discounts for staff this February
Opera North are offering all Leeds University staff 50% off tickets to see their production of 'The Portrait' at Leeds Grand Theatre on 2 and 4 February.
'The Portrait' follows a talented but penniless painter as he acquires a portrait that allows him to become a celebrated society artist. The rich and famous are quickly at his feet, the money rolls in, and he is the talk of the town. But ownership of the portrait leaves the artist bedazzled by fame and fortune, and he betrays his own art. Realising this, he resorts to drastic and violent action...
