Eating and drinking in central teaching space
We are asking all users of central teaching space to refrain from eating and drinking in lecture theatres and seminar rooms (except for bottled water and University-delivered catering).
The rubbish left behind in rooms has become a serious problem for users of the space and support teams responsible for maintaining the space. There has been a large investment in the fabric and equipment within teaching rooms over the past few years and we want to maintain the quality of the space.
Please help us by asking your students to refrain from eating and drinking in order to preserve the facilities and equipment. We will be monitoring the rooms throughout this semester to assess improvement levels.
Notices will be displayed in all rooms to help with this process.
