Interruption to network (13-14 Nov)
Network services, including phones in some cases, will be unavailable in a number of buildings in the Western Campus from 6am Saturday 13 November to 6pm Sunday 14 November.
The affected buildings are:
- Maurice Keyworth (Business School) (data network and telephones affected)
- Western Campus Lecture Theatre block (data network only)
- Gryphon Sports Centre (data and telephones affected)
- Western Campus Leeds Innovation Centre (data network only)
- Western Campus Clothiers Archive (data network and telephones affected)
This is due to necessary work on ISS communication cables.
Security Services will always be contactable on 0113 343 2222. Please ensure that anyone working on these days has a mobile phone available and that there are no "black spots" in the building (ie areas where the phone will not operate). If there are problems regarding insufficient phones or "black spots" within the building, Heads of Schools/Services may need to take the decision that staff should not work in the building or in a particular area.
