China links strengthened
Professor of international business Peter Buckley, has been awarded the Cheung Kong Scholar Chair professorship at the University of International Business and Economics in China.
Professor Buckley's new role will require him to travel to China twice a year, but that will not inhibit his work in the UK. Speaking to the Times Higher Education, he said: "I don't want to give the impression that I'm leaving Leeds.That would be very sad indeed."
