Professor Jouni Paavola, Leeds climate expert and deputy director of our Centre for Climate Change Economics and Policy, is featured in John Prescott's blog this week.
Prescott played a major role in the successful negotiations on the Kyoto Protocol on climate change, and is now the UK's environment rapporteur for the Council of Europe.
