New Policy and Procedures on Dignity and Mutual Respect
In our 2008 Work Related Stressor Survey, you said that you would like much greater clarity on acceptable behaviour and how to respond to bullying, harassment or victimisation.
In direct response to this, we have developed a new policy and procedures on Dignity and Mutual Respect which sets out how we expect all our University members to conduct themselves, and provides clear procedures and actions should behaviour fall short of this.
This Policy and set of procedures was developed jointly by the University and the three campus Trade Unions - UCU, UNISON and UNITE, and has also been widely consulted on.
