Recognition for Kathy Aveyard, Equality Service
Following a successful bid for an Athena SWAN Bronze Award in 2009, Kathy Aveyard from the Equality Service was invited to become one of the judges for the awards and to help train other universities.

Kathy has also been invited to join an advisory group to ensure promotion of the principles of equality and diversity in the forthcoming Research Excellence Framework which will replace the RAE. Read more about REF.
