The Government aims to have changes to higher education funding confirmed by February 2011. This will allow students and institutions to prepare for new arrangements which would take effect for people starting their courses in 2012. The possible timetable for the changes follows below.
Over the coming months, members of the Vice-Chancellor's Executive Group will be available to join School and Faculty meetings to discuss the implications of the funding changes. Updates on the funding arrangements will be taken to meetings of the Senate.
