An evaluation of starchy carbohydrate and sugar intake in school-age children
The University of Leeds is recruiting parents/carers of school-age children to participate in a short questionnaire survey.
The aim of the research is to assess what types of starchy carbohydrates and sugars are consumed regularly by school-age children.
To take part in the study, the children should not have any conditions that affect their diet, such as diabetes, allergies, intolerances, or other health conditions affecting food choice or food intake.
This study has received ethical approval from the University of Leeds Business, Environment and Social Sciences Faculty Research Ethics Committee. Reference number –AREA 21-035.
