Institute for Transport Studies
This study looks into how to improve the rail user experience, at all stages of the journey from planning to arriving at your destination.
As part of a research project conducted at the
University of Leeds
(http://www.smarte-rail.eu/), wed like to find participants from both frequent and
infrequent rail users to hear about what is good, what could be better and what
could encourage you to make more rail trips.
We will only need 90 minutes of your time.
We are running the following focus groups for different categories of travellers at the Institute for Transport Studies at the University:
Commuters: Wednesday 18 July 2018 @ 4.30pm
Students (aged 18+): Thursday 19 July 2018 @ 9.30 am
Retirement age travellers: Friday 20 July 2018 @ 10.30am
We will pay you £25 for your time/expenses on the day and provide food and refreshments.
Please email Kate Pangbourne to register your interest or to ask any questions.
We will provide participants with full details and travel instructions.
