Can sleep affect your health? Lion TV and University of Leeds are looking for local volunteers for a TV study presented by Michael Mosley.

The University of Leeds and Lion TV are urgently looking for volunteers to take part in an on-screen study for BBC One. This will be to look at the effect of sleep or lack thereof on health and will be presented by Michael Mosley.

If you take part you will be asked to come to the University of Leeds, Diabetes Research Facility on the St James University Hospital Site, on 3 separate days:

Day 1 – Monday 27 February 2017 – Start of study (not full day)
Day 2 – Monday 6 March 2017 – End of study (not full day)
Day 3 – Tuesday 14 March 2017 – Results day – where we will announce your results. This day will be filmed with a presenter.

We are looking for people who are:

Not diabetic
Not shift workers
Not suffering from a sleep disorder
Otherwise healthy
